Westboro Baptist Church Protested At Vans Warped Tour

Yesterday was a sad day for American rock/metal/emo fans as it was already the last day of this year’s Vans Warped Tour.
The tour went out with a very special guest though!

A while back, Vans Warped Tour posted a new shirt design for Every Time I Die’s guitarist Jordan Buckley’s cloting brand.

This shirt is a Captain America shirt in which you see two of the male characters making out.
​ The Westboro Baptist Church, who’s known for it’s homophobia and protests, got wind of this and figured it was time to pay a visit to Vans Warped Tour to protest against this shirt design.

Jordan Buckley posted a tweet in which you could see the church members being there, attending signs that say ‘Faggots are bastards who will burn in Hell’ and ‘God hates u’.
