We The Kings Release Music Video For “Sad Song”

We The Kings have released a new music video recently, even though the song they picked is already a couple years old. “Sad Song”, off their 2013 album “Somewhere Somehow” has become increasingly popular lately, with a remix which also features Olivia Holt.

The video shows a family dealing with loss, expressing the lyrics through imagery, by showing the family in the same situations and places before and after a loved one’s death. While before is very colorful, after is desaturated and faded. It all comes together in a thoroughly sad music video for an equally “Sad Song”.
