Watch Green Day Perform A Special Version Of “Good Riddance”

A couple weeks ago, Green Day performed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. It was a memorable performance, what with God making an appearance to let the viewers know Green Day is his favorite band.

Now it turns out that that performance isn’t the only thing Green Day have done while visiting Stephen Colbert. They also had a lot of fun backstage. In last night’s episode, the talk show host looked back on their time together fondly, especially when they sang the classic “Good Riddance” together. Only Colbert didn’t want to pay for it, so they replaced the lyrics with those of “Camptown Races”. All in all, it’s pretty hilarious.

On top of that, there’s also a longer video with a lot more stuff that the band did while they were visiting The Late Show, with more footage of their performance, some interviews and another look backstage.
