Vans Warped Tour Explains Strict Rules Regarding Free Parent Ticket Policy

vans-warped-tour-explains-strict-rules-regarding-free-parent-ticket-policy

On March 28th, Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman announced via his Twitter that there will be a free parent ticket this year after saying a week prior that there wouldn’t.
For more information, go here.

It has now been revealed what the new policy means and which rules have been added to the free parent ticket!

First of all, it’s for one parent only. The parent has to be 28+ and the kid he or she is accompanying has to be under the age of 16. You’ll be receiving a wristband that’s complementary and non-transferable, meaning that you can’t switch parents in the middle of the day.

In order for the parent to get the wristband, he/she must bring a photo ID, the kid they’re the parent of and a paid ticket.

if you have a non-parental appointed legal guardian, bring any available documentation the day of the show & you’ll be fine!
Questions or concerns should be emailed to info@vanswarpedtour.com

Vans Warped Tour is hoping that the rule will not be abused as much as before, as if when that happens, the rule will be gone once again next year.
