New York City’s Iconic Webster Hall Is Closing Its Doors

Sad news for people in and around the New York City area who have had a show or two in the iconic Webster Hall: The world-famous venue is closing its doors for an indefinite period of time. Webster Hall’s director of operations Gerard McNamee has shared the sad news via his Facebook, saying that the Hall will be closed for demo, reno and transition to corporate ownership under Barclays/AEG/Bowery Presents.
The last clubshow will be on the 5th of August.
From now until then, only 12 clubnights will be hosted, so if you want to hang out at the Webster Hall one final time, don’t wait too long.
