80’s Heavy Metal band Incubus have found similarities between Metallica’s new track ‘Moth Into Flame’, which is featured on the band’s latest album ‘Hardwired… To Self-Destruct’ and their track from back in the 1980’s ‘Hunger For Power’.
As of now, they’ve served the band and their attorney with a cease-and-desist, ordering Metallica to take action accordingly within 10 business days. If not done within the given timeframe, Incubus will file a civil action suit seeking monetary damages and compensation for court and attorney’s fees incurred as a direct result of your unlawful actions of copyright infringement.
