Metallica Reportedly Accused Of Plagiarism On ‘Moth Into Flame’

The almighty Metallica have been accused of plagiarism!
Metallica have been given a cease-and-desist letter according to news outlet Exclaim!
80’s Heavy Metal band Incubus have found similarities between Metallica’s new track ‘Moth Into Flame’, which is featured on the band’s latest album ‘Hardwired… To Self-Destruct’ and their track from back in the 1980’s ‘Hunger For Power’.
As of now, they’ve served the band and their attorney with a cease-and-desist, ordering Metallica to take action accordingly within 10 business days. If not done within the given timeframe, Incubus will file a civil action suit seeking monetary damages and compensation for court and attorney’s fees incurred as a direct result of your unlawful actions of copyright infringement.
