Jake E (ex-Amaranthe) Forms New Band

After departing from Swedish modern metallers Amaranthe, vocalist Jake E forms a new band called CyHra. It´s a brand new band with former members of In Flames, Amaranthe, and Rhapsody, namely Jesper Strömblad (guitars), Jake E (vocals), Alex Landenburg (drums), and Peter Iwers (bass). 

“The vast experience all four of us have gathered during our times in previous bands creates the perfect background for unlimited inspiration and a result of highly mastered musical craftsmanship. The songs; as hard as it is right now to put a description on them, they are a mix of all that… yet something completely new!” comments the band. 

In March, CyHra entered the studio to record their debut album, due to be released in autumn 2017 via Spinefarm/Universal.
