Glass Mountain Are Reviving Grungy Post Rock In The Perfect Way

Dark, brooding and melodic- in case all that heady summer sun is getting too much, Bradford’s Glass Mountain are here to bring the beauty back to the grumbling grunge of post rock that we love so much for the rest of the year! The young quartet have been burning through the underground scene with the slow but purposeful determination of a flickering flame, and with the announcement of a UK tour scheduled for this summer, this is a band who are all set to explode. Glass Mountain’s recent release ‘Home in the Weather’ encapsulates the beauty of their sound perfectly- a delicate mix of fragile layers made up of shivering vocals and clean, pure guitar lines that is both haunting as it is alluring. The band have shown themselves to be able of captivating any audience, having played shows with the likes of Evil Blizzard, Las Kellis and Elvis Depressdley throughout 2016, and their live experience is bound to be one not to be missed!
