Five Finger Death Punch Sue Record Label

Five Finger Death Punch are suing their record label, Prospect Park Records. The band themselves said that they are doing this because they are being “held hostage” by the label because they are the only way the label is receiving any income.

Now they are suing Prospect Park Records to get out of their previous deal. They’re also asking for a million dollars in damages from the record label.

The label had already sued Five Finger Death Punch before, claiming that they were intentionally releasing materials below their usual level so that the contract would be ended.

The band’s also signed on to Rise Records, which was supposed to release their next album, but if the contract with Prospect Park isn’t broken, it will have to be released through them.
