Ash Costello (New Years Day) Sues Iron Fist

New Years Day singer Ash Costello has started up a case to sue Iron Fist, not the series, but the clothing brand that she worked with to sell her own collection, Bat Royalty.

According to the singer, Iron Fist have taken advantage of her in several ways. For instance, they used her collection in ways that she did not agree to, to promote their own stuff. This happened when they sold Bat Royalty items alongside another Iron Fist collection, Night Walker, without making a proper distinction between the two.

Furthermore, they used designs on other collections that, claims Costello, she first proposed, but that were rejected for her Bat Royalty collection. On top of all that, the workspace that she was given to her by Iron Fist has been cleaned out while she was on tour with New Years Day and she has been unable to acess any of her designs or other materials since then.
